Seems like I'm there daily to pick up an order for my 2nd oldest daughter, I think they over priced myself and I don't like their coffee, too expensive and honestly it is way too strong! I'll stick to my Folgers ?

They are more concerned with mobile orders and the drive-through than with walk-in customers. I waited for 10 minutes for them to tell me they were out of their Pikes place coffee. I had already paid and left a tip. I went to McDonald's next door for a coffee. I'll never go back. Overpriced anyway.

The drinks have really gone downhill at every location. Everything tastes burnt. I used to work at Starbucks and loved it so much. You can't get me to go now. I find it very sad.
