There is always ample parking, very nice servers, EXCELLENT DRINKS, great food....and most times, there is something good to watch on the tv's. I've come during the day, weekends, and nights and never had a bad experience. They are not usually super busy, and I get seated quickly and courteously. The chef even came out to my table at my ladt visit and explained to my brother how the crawfish was cooked, seasoned, and offered him a sample prior to placing his order. THAT'S GENUINE GOOD SERVICE RIGHT THERE. The food was impeccable!!!!Dietary restrictions: I am a diabetic and the server took the time to help me pick out the perfect meal that would not send my glucose numbers through the roof....who does that. Parking: Ample parking near the door or in the main lot....Never a problem finding a good spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Right up front by the door....multiple handicapped parking spots available.
We visited the restraunt on Lake Circle. We loved our server Oshe. He was awesome and real ge helped us with every question we had. He is a 10 out of 10.

I love seafood, and if you love seafood, then this is the place to be. You can make your seafood the way you want. I had 1 lb of shrimp, 2 lbs of sausages, 12 boiled eggs, and 2 bowls of white rice. The food is obviously awesome, the service was great, and the atmosphere smells of seafood.
We had the worse service being there for the first time.. our server Alexis was nowhere to be found. she took our drink order and did not come with our drinks for at lest 30 min. On top of that we would ask for a drink and she would take 15 min to bring it to us. She did not check on us even once and our drinks were never refilled. Also it was not even crowded when we went. The food was great but the service not so much. We were there for 2hrs and 40 min..

If I could give negative stars I would. Sat in a back corner of the restaurant for twenty minutes not a single server came to even take a drink order. Absolute terrible

Food was amazing! Service was awful! I believe her name was Navyiah. It took forever to get our drinks, one mixed drink came with no ice, we got asked if we wanted refills on our water once. Our food showed up and our server disappeared the ENTIRE time we were eating and then our server had the nerve to come back with an attitude after we had to ask one of her co workers to track her down for us because we were ready to pay and get going. We did not receive a “Thank you for coming in” or a “see you next time” until we were walking out the door but even then it was the most bland “have a goodnight”. I am upset because we were celebrating my brother in law’s birthday and had family from out of town and we were all super excited to come to dinner here especially since it had so many reviews and has 4.4 stars. Myself along with the rest of the family were very upset about the experience. I’m not sure if we will be returning. The food was very good though.
