I’m not sure what the other reviewers are on but every time I’ve been here my order has been 100% correct and the staff are always very friendly and polite, plus they are quick.Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant and they always swap milk out for soy when I ask.
Never open! If they are- they open well after morning rush & close at random times. Very poor service if you get any at all. This is a busy place- lack of business isn’t an issue. Starbucks needs to send seasoned employees to train so they can save this location.

Each time I have been to this location, there has always been an issue with my order. One time, a Venti size coffee was spilled onto my lap as it was being handed to me from the drive-through window. I asked for another coffee and had to argue with them over replacing the coffee spilled by the employee. I know the non management staff work hard, but the manager I spoke with about the spilled coffee refused to help. Not a fan of this Starbucks.
