I only live a 1.3 miles from the restaurant. I was given a 10 minute pick up time. I was there 3 minutes prior to that time and my food was already waiting on me. It was room temperature at best. I guess I will be waiting in line for 20 minutes next time. ?

The crew working right this moment is pathetic! I won't pull off again until my food is checked!! No utensils, no butter or sour cream with my potato, no cheese on a fish sandwich that I paid extra for! And the ATTITUDE at the window was HORRIBLE! No one was even in the dinning room! JUST FREAKIN LAZY!!!!!! I just bit into the Mac n cheese and its ice cold! JUST LAZY!!

Baked potatos are not cleaned properly, always have a gritty texture on the skin, feels like you're chewing sand so I've learned you have to rinse it first or peel off the skin. We have had ups and downs with food but it's 4/5 times good and fresh. I know they are struggling to keep staff so I keep that in mind and they have always made it right if and when there's an issue with our order.

Placed an online order. Got home with my order and my fish was cold and flavorless, tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It was chewy, I didn’t get past one bite. For almost $30 for two people to eat for dinner, you’d expect better. I don’t think my food was prepared fresh at all, despite me waiting for the pickup order.
