Kroger Deli

My husband and I shop at the Kroger on Washington in Kokomo a lot, and we have never had any complaints, until this past Saturday evening. The store was very clean, had a great selection, found what we where looking for, the problem was when we went to check out. We used the self check out as always, there where 4 employees just standing around, and they where rude! Good products. I just think if people have to wear Masks, then the people that wear their pants so low they are Exposing themselves then they should make them pull them up or Leave the Store.

I always pick up my groceries at this location even though they have some teenages working that are really rude. Never again!! Pick up time was between 6-7. I arrived at 6 to be told they had just started my order and to come back in an hour. That would have been slightly inconvenient if i had nothing else to do that evening but i had an appointment at 715. I asked for a customer service number and was refused.
