My husband and I shop at the Kroger on Washington in Kokomo a lot, and we have never had any complaints, until this past Saturday evening. The store was very clean, had a great selection, found what we where looking for, the problem was when we went to check out. We used the self check out as always, there where 4 employees just standing around, and they where rude! There was a lady standing watching over the self check out and I had a couple minor issues and every time I went to ask her a question she would walk away and just look at me. Usually they always put an empty cart at the end of the checkout, when I asked no one answered just kept standing and talking, so my husband stopped scanning and went out and got one. Then on of the 12 packs of coke had come open at the end, and when I said excuse me, could I please get some tape no response!!! It was around 9pm, and finally a young gentleman walked past and noticed me looking around and he had apparently just clocked out to leave, and he asked if he could help me, he went and got some tape and helped me tape up the box, while the other employees stood looking at us rolling their eyes! I have never had the employees be that rude there, they new I was unhappy and didn't care. I would like to say that the young man [Caleb} should be applauded he was trying to leave and was the only nice employee that took time to help us!

The Pharmacy sucks!!! 3 rd time to pick up my medicine only to find out they have yet to order it again. Their hours absolutely suck there was a line almost out the door and all they’re doing is rushing because it’s almost closing time. And to top it all off they don’t even take tap to pay they are not up-to-date! They really need to evaluate their customer service! I will be taking my business elsewhere

Everything is wonderful here other than the pharmacy, the pharmacies hours are horrible and the pace they move at during the small amount of hours they are open is horrendous.

Good products. I just think if people have to wear Masks, then the people that wear their pants so low they are Exposing themselves then they should make them pull them up or Leave the Store.

Horrific clicklist experience. Substituted things that we asked them not to - sent different sizes and quantities than ordered - took my coupons and walked away. I asked if I needed to wait and the gal said no but never credited. $7 in coupons is $7 today...and the way she squished my strawberries and bread and shoved all of it in the back of my Jeep is unacceptable. My bread, eggs and strawberries were in a flat box from a sams pick up and very visible. She shoved 6 pac

I always pick up my groceries at this location even though they have some teenages working that are really rude. Never again!! Pick up time was between 6-7. I arrived at 6 to be told they had just started my order and to come back in an hour. That would have been slightly inconvenient if i had nothing else to do that evening but i had an appointment at 715. I asked for a customer service number and was refused. The individual on the phone proceeded to talk about me to another employee while i was still on the phone and could hear the entire conversation. I had to end up calling another store to get a customer service number. It took customer service calling the store to get them to have additional people working on my order. Even then it was not ready by 7. I could have done it quicker myself.
