I read a review that said their food is bland. I don't know what the person ate because I've been twice now and everything was bursting with flavor and delicious. The first try I had the katsu. It was the best katsu I've ever had in my life and I have lived overseas (Guam, specifically). It was a perfect blend of crispy (but not soggy) on the outside and tender, juicy on the inside. The food was really good. The food felt very authentic, but I would have preferred maybe a bolder flavor in general. My wife and I had the Korean Fried chicken and the Korean Short Ribs. The fried chicken has an amazing crunch and texture and the sauce is very good. The chicken might not be for everyone because of the unique flavor and mild-moderate spice, but was still quite good! Our entrees and sides were delicious. It was a bit pricey for the amount of protein in bimbop. The corn tea was excellent. Service was a bit awkward’ but the owner was friendly. We will return.
