Not real impressed with this place. I thought that prices were a little bit high for what you get. It was kinda dirty in there. Couldn't find a clean table to sit at. Not real happy with this place.

Anyone remember the "enter a work-a-raunt" commercials? Steak N Shake corperate went a step farther. Kiosk order, scan barcodes for drinks, limited to 2 refills, and clean your own table. Plus, they have the balls to ask for a tip. The food is great, but not worth the self service and greed.
Very unhappy, I didn't get any of the extras that I ordered for my sandwich.Also, I didn't get my cheese sauce and I paid for it. Everything was very greasy. The only good thing was I got light ice for my drink.

Tannis made this experience awesome. You seldomly find good employees that actually care, let alone excellent employees and that's what Tannis is. She was attentive, helpful, and extremely friendly. She deserves easily $5 more an hour than she makes. We will be returning because of how excellent this experience was.
