A Laporte staple for 40 years. 40 years of business kinda speaks for itself, it's so difficult to keep a family restaurant open past 5 years.The food is good, cheap, fast. It's a great hidden gem. I love the food and anytime we are in the area the wife and I try to stop by. It looks like a classic diner on the inside. Got to the counter place you order and they bring it to your table. Love it. Did i mention that the food is awesome. This is a must at least once if you're in the Laporte area.

Don't expect high end dining here but the food is good and some of it is great. Fish fry, Rubin sandwich, fries, coleslaw, and breakfast omelettes are my favorites. The staff is really nice. I've tried a couple of other dinners in La Porte and this one is better. Prices are also reasonable.
