I know of no venue that will allow guest to leave the premises with alcohol and yes the guest will be asked politely to return to the building. When people are breaking the law or mis-behaving, they will be asked to refrain or to leave. The manager did not ruin the reception. The guest. primarily, the groom's sister and the maid of honor caused the problems and ended the evening.“
