We have tried WL and Lafayette locations hoping the location may be the difference. But both fell short. Sandwich was bland, no flavor, not much meat. Very sad cause we love JJ but won’t be using them for a while. Both locations have a long way to go to make us try again.What a bummer!

First time trying Jimmy John's, and I actually like their subs. They are pretty darn good. The food and service were great. As for the atmosphere, it's pretty nice and plenty of room with super large glass windows to look outside. The tables were clean and the floor was well not so much. The floor was dirty with dirt and dust, as you can see from the pictures. That's why I give the atmosphere a 4 star. When I walked inside, there were 3 employees behind the counter. 2 ladies and a gentleman. The gentleman took my order, then went back somewhere and disappeared while the 2 girls made my order. The gentleman should have been out on the floor sweeping after taking my order.

Just paid 32$ for two subs and 2 orders of potato salad. Sad they always act like we are an inconvenience when we ask for specials on our sandwiches. Sorry I don't always like how your sandwiches are made. But I love them meat cheese and bacon. Yum. But today again it was like we was an inconvenience to them as soon as we walked in no greeting just what you want when we said hello they finally said hi back. Ordered extra turkey and I got 4 thinly sliced pieces of turkey on each 8 inch part of my 16 inch sub.

Ordered a combo meal for delivery via the web. Also tipped 15% for delivery. Did not receive chips. Called store to have credit card credited. My charge was pending for several days . Just checked bank statement and was charged full amount. Will not be ordering online in the future.

INEXCUSABLY SLOW SERVICE! Every other Jimmy John's I've been to can get me a sandwich in under 30 seconds, or a minute or two on a busy day.THIS one, on the other hand, frequently has about ten employees at any given time, and eight of them are standing around. The two that DO actually work are slower than molasses, giving me a sandwich in almost always more than five minutes.And just today, I ordered curbside and it took 30 MINUTES for them to get me my sandwich and notice my car was even there! Are the employees blind?! WHAT THEY HELL COULD THEY POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN DOING?! IT'S NOT EVEN BUSY!Two stars, only because the food is still good.

Freddy’s next door is cleaning your clock. Jimmy John’s was completely dark inside and out. We saw someone in the drive thru so we decided to go because we like Jimmy John’s. They turned on the light above the menu because we told them we couldn’t see the board but they wouldn’t turn on the menu board. A full crew of people having a good time but no lights on. Freddy’s next door is completely lit up and the parking lot is full. We felt like and were treated like we were an inconvenience.

Came in yesterday I ordered a sandwich. Lots of workers standing around & it was slow but they still took a long time to ask me for my order. When I got home I realized they made my sandwich wrong. For the price you are paying here, would expect better service & food.

The oil and vinger come in separate containers before they mix it .And you cannot ask for a vinegar on the side. Not understanding why cause some people have cholesterol issues and don't do oil so they cannot have the oil. SO that makes it very inconvenient for customers. And they STATE the fact that there are not allowed to give it to me on the side. Very bad for customer service

This Jimmy John's location has caused me to stop being a loyal customer. I specifically order sandwiches with NO MAYO because I cannot have mayonnaise, and multiple times I have found mayonnaise on the sandwiches once I went to eat them. I have also added bacon and or hot peppers to sandwiches multiple times and received them without the bacon or the I paid for or the hot peppers. I have called after receiving these incorrect orders and given my phone number and I am told I will have a FREE sandwhich on my account but when I go in to redeem it I'm told that there isn't anything on my account or associated with the phone number that I gave. I do like Jimmy John's food but the many bad experiences have left me with a sour taste in my mouth.Dietary restrictions: I cannot have mayonnaise and have ordered sandwiches that specifically say no mayonnaise on the menu and I even ask for no mayonnaise just to be safe and I still have received sandwiches with mayonnaise on them.
