First time trying Jimmy John's, and I actually like their subs. They are pretty darn good. The food and service were great. As for the atmosphere, it's pretty nice and plenty of room with super large glass windows to look outside. The tables were clean and the floor was well not so much. INEXCUSABLY SLOW SERVICE! Every other Jimmy John's I've been to can get me a sandwich in under 30 seconds, or a minute or two on a busy day.THIS one, on the other hand, frequently has about ten employees at any given time, and eight of them are standing around. We have tried WL and Lafayette locations hoping the location may be the difference. But both fell short. Sandwich was bland, no flavor, not much meat. Very sad cause we love JJ but won’t be using them for a while. Both locations have a long way to go to make us try again.What a bummer!
