Ordered online, got there after it was expected to be ready, only to find out they have no chicken made! As I’m waiting for them to finish (25 minutes) people are walking around the kitchen on the phone and generally not seeming to care people were waiting for food.
This was THE nicest, cleanest, and most efficient KFC location I have ever been to, and I’m 44. Food was hot and fresh, and staff was courteous and ALL working together to fulfill orders. This is VERY hard and thankless work, folks - it’s food that takes several minutes to properly prepare, and people are often ordering it in ridiculous quantities. Loved the chicken tonight. This is the best kfc in lafayette to visit. Rhiannon is a great manager she used to be my husband's assistant and she did a great job and always had his back. Kfc is usually hit and miss but everytime we go we make sure rhiannon is there because we know the food will be hot and fresh and cooked!
