Granddaughter couldn't even eat her crunch wrap. Nothing hardly inside. Way over cooked. Too hard. Mine n daughters crunch wrap was good but our empanadas were way over cooked. Inside dried out. Edges too tough to even eat.

Ordered at midnight and didn’t receive our food until 12:45. Got our order and got beef instead of black beans in my burrito so I couldn’t eat it (I came here because I’m a vegetarian). Couldn’t go back in line since the wait was so long. This happens almost every time we come to this location. Won’t be going again

Mobile ordered, waited about 45 minutes, asked the associate if that was normal considering walk-in guests had since been served. Informed it was normal, cordially accepted. Turns out my food had already been made, sat down out of sight, then gotten cold. They offered to remake it but I had to leave because it was simply my lunch break. Extremely disappointed. Also, guy was touching his phone and then the food without cleaning his hands.

I showed up at 4 30 am on Wednesday and their monitor was down. I was told I could make an online delivery and they would make it for me. At first, I thought it was too much work, but he (no name) encouraged me to try. I did, and I got my food. I have no complaints. Everything I ordered was in the bag, it was fresh, and I received great customer service. The company should be proud to have such great night/morning shift employees.

Placed a small order of two things on the mobile app, it took 30 minutes to get my food after I watched 10 separate cars go through the drive thru. My boyfriend went in and tried to order on the kiosks, and they didn’t even work so he had to place an order on the app. Wasn’t this store just built a couple of months ago? Most of the employees are rude and not doing much. All of the Taco Bell’s in Lafayette/West Lafayette suck.

3/8/24 around 11am. It took about a half hour to get through the drive thru. I ordered on the app for pickup, rolled up to the speaker in the left lane and sat there for maybe 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. A gentleman in the other lane was also waiting to order for about that long. After he finally had his order taken I thought i'd finally hear them ask for the name on my order, but instead, they proceeded to take 2 or 3 more orders from the other lane and the next one pulled up and I still just sat there in silence, so I pulled ahead anyways. I gave them the name of my order at the pickup window, and they had the audacity to ask me to go wait inside for my order, which I obviously refused. I can understand the wait if they're really busy, but they weren't. They just simply ignored me and continued to ignore me while I was literally trapped in the drive thru and couldn't get out, and offered no apology. Most bizarre drive-thru experience I've ever had. Never again.
