This place is a hit or miss. Twice in 1 week my orders were wrong.Called and was asked to drive back after already getting home and that wasn't possibly with 3 kids and million other things to do.My first order had up charges for Guacamole, and the 2nd order was Guacamole and extra black beans and received neither. My bowl had extra rice, a teaspoon of beans an no Guacamole.They blame it on the new employees everytime I call or go inside to complain per say. Train your new employees...read full review
I don't know what's happened with this location since last fall or so, but their drive through has gotten extremely slow! Tonight it took me 15 minutes to get through the drive through. A month earlier it took 20 minutes! I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to make people aware of what's going on there. I'm going to get my fast food elsewhere until they get their act together.

I showed up at 4 30 am on Wednesday and their monitor was down. I was told I could make an online delivery and they would make it for me. At first, I thought it was too much work, but he (no name) encouraged me to try. I did, and I got my food. I have no complaints. Everything I ordered was in the bag, it was fresh, and I received great customer service. The company should be proud to have such great night/morning shift employees.
