I spent my dinner dreaming of a soft-serve cone, and my dessert definitely lived up to my expectations! The menu boasted overly 20 options for toppings, as well as several "flavor bursts" (flavored syrup drizzles) hard and soft ice cream, and even savory sandwich and sides! I got a classic vanilla-chocolate twist, which was simple yet delicious. My waffle cone was also fresh and crunchy. My sister chose a "flurry" (ICP's equivalent of a DQ Blizzard) with a cake batter flavor burst and cookie dough pieces. She loved that she got to pick her own flavor instead of just getting the traditional vanilla. The prices were very reasonable, certainly cheaper than the ice cream places in Fishers. The outside seating area is very cute, with picnic tables, giant checkers, and ICP's signature advertisement sign, always emblazoned with quippy quotes. The only reason why I'm docking a star is because the service was quite slow and they were out of several ingredients.“
