Had dinner with my wife. Service initially was fine and decent food. Wife left, I stayed to watch a ball game. The server (Lauren) passed my table at least 20 times in the next 30-40 min or so, completely ignoring me. Not even a “doing ok?” “Can I get you anything?” Nothing. Didn’t even look at me. As though I was invisible. I finally waved my hands to flag down another staff member who helped me. Manager was no where to be found. Very disappointing
The food is fine but this place is always understaffed. Whether it's peak hours or a weekday afternoon, there are never enough servers. Our waitress was super nice and considerate, but there are just not enough people working there.

When we walked in we had to wait 15 minutes for the hostess to approach the hostess stand.
