The store manager at the location in Logansport Indiana is an extremely rude and unprofessional woman, which as you can imagine wrinkles down to the crew that she trains I would highly suggest just going down the road to Burger King

When I come to Hardees you already know im getting that incredible biscuit! Sadly the closest one to my house is 1.5hr round trip. I dont get to make here often, but when i do, you can believe im explaining to my wife for 30 minutes on why there is no better fast food biscuit sandwich/ breakfast! If you have never had their fresh buttermilk biscuits, i can promise you trying them will make you smile! ? sometimes a smile is exactly what we need.
I drive to this one over Peru where I live. Clean and the food has been fresh each time I’ve came.

Kimberly at the drive thru needs a new line of work. She is rude and very unfriendly. I asked her for the manager and was told by her that she is the manager, so I asked for the corporate phone number and she said they do not have one.They are always slower than sin, definitely not fast food .....I can't help it they are having a bad day.. you don't take it out on the customer's

I eat out a lot and out of all the fast food restaurants in Logansport this one is above average on customer service. I am always met with a smile. The order is always on point never missing anything. The ? are always piping hot and the sandwiches are always delicious. Went through drive thu order and gone under 5 mins always super fast and only having a half hour for lunch this is the spot .

My husband loves Hardee's biscuits but after today he won't be going back! Manager was standing right in front of him and never waited on him! He was on his way to work so he left! This store has been a train wreck from day one of reopening can't believe they're still open!

Just ordered food from drive through. We ordered sausage muffins. We were givin bacon, then the guy proceeded to tell us that is what we ordered. Our receipt says sausage. Definitely not going back to this Hardees, which is sad because I live the same neighborhood. The worker was rude as hell and there clearly no management there. Tried calling to complain but the number is not in service. Get it together and learn how to not be rude to customers or get another job.
