I eat out a lot and out of all the fast food restaurants in Logansport this one is above average on customer service. I am always met with a smile. The order is always on point never missing anything. The ? are always piping hot and the sandwiches are always delicious. Went through drive thu order and gone under 5 mins always super fast and only having a half hour for lunch this is the spot .
What's the point in online ordering if you have to wait for the food to be cooked "fresh"? Fresh food is appreciated but we're waiting which defeats the purpose of expecting the food to be ready to go upon arrival. I will say they're always friendly & do try their best. They need a few more people on staff.**Update they now email you, you have to click on the link to have them start cooking your meal. This seemed to help as our food was ready today.

When I come to Hardees you already know im getting that incredible biscuit! Sadly the closest one to my house is 1.5hr round trip. I dont get to make here often, but when i do, you can believe im explaining to my wife for 30 minutes on why there is no better fast food biscuit sandwich/ breakfast! If you have never had their fresh buttermilk biscuits, i can promise you trying them will make you smile! ? sometimes a smile is exactly what we need.
