Boneyard was as a dandy restaurant we found during our recent trip to Madison. It was a bar and grill that had a rather large menu. I went for some wings as I tend to do and they had a good variety of sauces and cooking styles. I got mine bone-in with half Boneyard Heat and half Boneyard Bbq. The bbq was a mostly sweet bbq but had a little kick at the end. The Boneyard Heat was one of the best spicy wing sauces I've ever had. Pros: Very good food. Cool atmosphere. Good options for kids. Friendly service. Chicken wings were great.Cons: Somewhat false advertisement on the menu: we ordered the breaded cheese curds as an appetizer. The breading is advertised to be a "combination of beer and pretzels", but they seemed to be regular breaded cheese curds.
