“My mom and I had lunch inside today. Everything was great. We left and shopped then came back thru the drive thru and ordered the flavor of the day concrete mixers. We waited and waited they finally came out and said they were out of that flavor. My mom ordered a different flavor and I ask for my money back. So here we are waiting and waiting again. They finally came out with my money and for my mom the flavor of the day that they said they were out of. I was so confused.? They also could of offered us a free mixer on our next visit after we had waited for such a long time but no such luck.“
“I had the breakfast bar. The food was hot and fresh. Love the French toast! Sheila was the cook today. Our waitress Brooke was attentive and friendly. Nice experience. We will be back!The only thing i noticed that might need attention is the carpeting at the entrance. It may be better to replace with tile and maybe put a rug there that could be switched out to keep it cleaner.Parking: Easy, close to door parking.“
“I just went thru the drive thru hoping to snag me an 85 cent small blizzard but my app wasn't working. The owner told me to pull around and he helped me with the app. The app had other plans unfortunately and it wouldn't show up in my deals box. The owner was very kind and just gave me my pumpkin pie blizzard for .85! I feel horrible I didn't even have cash to pay because I planned on linking my card to the app but he did not mind, served me with a smile, was kind and understanding! I have been going to this DQ for a long time and although it sometimes has its faults (that's what happens when your store is prime spot for teens who want their first jobs) it still is a great place, a very clean and comfortable place to have a delicious treat! “This is always a stop when we visit madison!Greay food great service and a really great place!This time I had the lobster bisque which was so Creamy and yummy!I also had the chefs salad which was a great portion and served so beautifully with o my goodness enough dressing!my partner had the widow maker which he raved about with every bite.if you're in Madison and hungry I highly suggest this place.“
