“We entered the restaurant we were cranky from a horrible experience from a nearby burger chain. Gavin greeted us politely took our order. Brought us our food and made sure we had everything we needed. He even waved goodbye when he was leaving. He turned a bad day around for us!!! Excellent experience service and food!“
“Called and the order was taken by someone in a another country, when we asked about a dipping sauce for our hot wings they told us didn't come with any. But the guy at the drive thru when asked about not being able to answer the phone and take the order their self was told they can it's only when they are busy, mind you this was 9:03on a Monday night they close the dining room at 8 and no line at the drive thru as we waited 15 minutes waiting on our order and their was no one behind us, but he did give us ranch for our wings.“
“Madison papa john's is falling apart the last 4 time I order and spent over $50 every time my 3 boxes of garlic sticks for breadsticks when I called up there to talk to a mang they put me on hold for over 50 min and then then picked up and hung the phone up... My pizza has always been cooked exactly as ordered and served hot and fresh.Today was the first time my order had be delayed -- all the staff except the manager were displaced because of the tornado a couple days earlier.Much love to everyone who works in food service. At any restaurant, any time there's a problem, you should respond with empathy rather than assume incompetence or malice.“
