Scoops is a very cute little ice cream shop. The ice cream is super good and the workers are very nice. It's a good local little place you will definitely have to try when visiting Madison.
If peach ice cream is something your taste buds get excited over, you gotta try Scoops Peach ice cream. Also, if you are a true chocolate connoisseur, the chocolate blackout is a must! Ahhhhmazing
