Food was actually hot this time, but the waitress was nice but made 5 screw ups and charged me for stuff I didn't order before I received the food I actually ordered and there were only 2 other tables at the time and one had already received their food.

Food is usually cold, but that's just normal for IHOP. They'll stick it in the microwave for you no problem though! Service is just OK, not super great or fast, but not terrible either. Place is usually pretty dirty but it's not the type of place you go to for a clean atmosphere. I come back here simply because they're one of the only places in town that's open 24 hours and often times if you come after midnight, you get dinner AND a show which is great!

Just doordashed some food from here. Instead of putting the sauce in the cups like usual they put barley any in there at all. Then my lid was halfway open and on top of that I had hair in my food

I love IHOP best customer service ever and best host ever. This one reviewer that posted 5 hours ago was rude, disrespectful and obnoxious was impatient, mean and a bully to this waitress that did everything she could make him happy. Worst service I have had in a long time. Forgot multiple items we ordered and had to ask for them. Finally got my toaste just before my check. How does it take 10 minutes to get coffee that i had to re ask for? I'll go to the fried egg for now on.

We came in fairly late I think it was around 3:00 a.m. and I had some very sketchy individuals hanging out the restaurant they weren't eating anything they were just moving Booth to Booth anytime anybody get too close to them they would move a booth but it was too black gentlemen and one in particular acted very odd. It made dining a bit more nervous because you weren't really sure what they were up to and we left quickly after we ate because of

I will not be returning to this location. Imagine going to a restaurant where they don't know how to cook their own menu. Almost everytime we go here, there's a problem. Today I got to watch my husband n daughter eat, as my food was sent back. The service is slow and awful and the manager is clueless.

went for breakfast and service was very poor, couldn’t get refills, wasn’t checked on, finally got our food and our pancakes had cardboard in them, management handled it very nicely with taking the pancakes off our bill and giving us fresh ones to go, BUT when we paid our total was 24.57 and gave our waitress 25.57 to get a dollar back and we were never given our change back and we were ignored. awful experience will not be going back , at least management has a good reputation
