“I love everything about this place! Super excited that’s is Celiac friendly. The only negative is that it’s too small for how awesome they are. Hoping they expand soon, but we WILL be returning even if they don’t.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac Disease and this place has so many options for me which is exciting because most places either have just one, or none.“

And also rib tips, fresh, seasonal green beans, fries and dessert. I give it a 10/10. YOU MUST TRY!!! This meal was full of authentic BBQ style. Each item has its own awesome flavor. “Love this food truck! Living in Fishers, we encounter them fairly often- farmers market, Nickel Plate Amphitheater concert, and at Ruoff. I've personally had the brisket breakfast sandwich- definitely a fork and knife type of sandwich but so delicious- and the tatchos. The tatchos had both chicken and steak- both cooked to perfection- not chewy or gristly. I will eat at this food truck any day over typical concert concession-style food.“
