“I dont normally rate review McDonald's because they are pretty much the same everywhere, which is one of the reasons we keep going there, we know what we're getting unless problem employees wreck the place. This one is the opposite. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The food was hot, fresh, and promptly served. The breakfast sandwiches were some on the best i have had from a McDonald's. They had NOT been sutting forever in a warmer. Also, the counter lady in the purple shirt was excellent. While I was there, I overheard her interactions with customers, and she repeatedly suggested app useage and meal combinations to help the customers' experiences as well as save money. McDonalds, you need more of her. You need to give her a raise. You need to give her a promotion. I used to be a close manager at a McDonalds, and I would have loved to have someone like that.“
“Only reason I put four is guy was making sandwich stead wrap. But as soon as I mentioned the team quickly took care of it b4 was completed. After I had worked at one years ago for 6 years I can understand getting in rush. I always try stop thru here as a truck driver now.“
“Their food is amazing, although the foot longs only used to be five dollars now they're $10 a foot long and that's ridiculous I'm so sick of prices of everything rising sky high where people can't even afford a lot of things, the taste never changed they still have good sandwiches and cookies but the thing is the worst part is the prices, pricewise I wish they could go back to the five dollar foot longs“
“Just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen who served me thursday sept 24th. I had some bad news so wasnt gonna be able to cook dinner. Walked in trying to grab some sandwiches. These gentle were so accommodating to all my sandwiches which needed this and not that. They ended up making me laugh and i bought a cookie. That really cheered me up to see smiling faces through their masks. Thanks carol greenwood. Loyal customer. Highly recommend their subs!!“
“The food was really good, but the dining room was disgusting. Still had food on a bunch of the tables left over from previous guests. The floor was a mess with trash everywhere and food. The sweet tea tasted like metal, which means they don't scrub the tea urns at night time like they should.“
“Part of the restaurant was closed off, not sure what was up with that. Service was okay and food was good. One Zax sauce for 3 people is not okay though. Had to ask for more. This location needs to make it a little harder to find things to complain about.“
“Light inside traffick and plenty of clean tables and a regular crowd. A seemingly small town feel to a burger king in what I would think would be a high traffic location. However , my visits are always on Saturdays and Sundays.Kid-friendliness: Small town vibe and Every time we went the same faces were there. Had a feel of relaxation rather than anxiety and the staff were great every time and friendly to my kids.“
“I used Arby's mobile app for the 5 for $5 roast beef sandwiches and apparently I ordered it from the wrong restaurant I was sitting in the parking lot of the Arby's in sellersburg and the manager went ahead and took care of the order for me very politely and resolved my situation with no issues.“
“Was out late and they were about to close. I didn't realize this until after I had placed a good size order. The lady at the window was so nice. Let me know it was going to be a moment, but never lost her smile and great attitude. It was only after I was given my drink that I realized they were closed in about 10 minutes. Can't say enough about how nice everyone was.Parking: Hard to park once in the drive thru. Not an issue for most people anyway.“
“This burger kings night shift isn’t your regular fast food night shift. I came through around 10:30ish and let me tell you. I had the best service a person could ever ask for. I ordered 2 whopper meals with cheese and while receiving the order I was greeted with the most personable employees ever. Very fast and efficient. Whoppers were fantastic. 10/10 experience!!!! Keep up the good work ??“
