“I used Arby's mobile app for the 5 for $5 roast beef sandwiches and apparently I ordered it from the wrong restaurant I was sitting in the parking lot of the Arby's in sellersburg and the manager went ahead and took care of the order for me very politely and resolved my situation with no issues.“
“Was out late and they were about to close. I didn't realize this until after I had placed a good size order. The lady at the window was so nice. Let me know it was going to be a moment, but never lost her smile and great attitude. It was only after I was given my drink that I realized they were closed in about 10 minutes. Can't say enough about how nice everyone was.Parking: Hard to park once in the drive thru. Not an issue for most people anyway.“
“I went through the drive thru I hated to be that Karen but I asked for fresh chicken because i have such a long drive and wanted the chicken to still be hot. Staff was great dropped fresh chicken and couldn't ask for better service. Will absolutely return.“

“Light inside traffick and plenty of clean tables and a regular crowd. A seemingly small town feel to a burger king in what I would think would be a high traffic location. However , my visits are always on Saturdays and Sundays.Kid-friendliness: Small town vibe and Every time we went the same faces were there. Had a feel of relaxation rather than anxiety and the staff were great every time and friendly to my kids.“
