Worst dining experience EVER…..restaurant looked littered and dirty. Server was clueless and we walked out after ordering. Never even got our chips and salsa. NEVER will we revisit this location!!

I love chili’s but it was my first time at this location and I didn’t really enjoy it. The size of the appetizers were smaller than usual. This was the first time I had chicken crispers that were not very good. They were not crispy enough like they should be. And the roasted asparagus were not roasted enough. Our server gave decent service, but it was a different person who had served us our main entrees and he did not bother picking up our empty appetizers tray. It was weird that he just left and didn’t offer to take it out of our way because it was a small struggle to set our food down due to the appetizer tray being in the way and you can obviously tell we were done with the tray since there was nothing left on it. Why would you leave us like that?

Love chillis never been to this one to eat honestly would never come back. I have been having issues with an rewards account for a while and a coupon was sent to my email from chillis for 50% off entree tried to redeem on machine it gave an error message I then asked the server was there anything she could do to help, we tried another device as well signing in with a different email but still wouldn’t work because the number I was putting in already existed with an account. A manager then came to the table to tell me that it was a cooperate coupon and she had no way of honoring it which I know to be false rather then leave after saying I’ll just pay, she proceeded to stay at the table and debate with me about it, which seemed to be in a condescending way which was starting to make the situation worse. Server was dry at first but overall great work on her part she just seemed tired.

Awesome experience tonight at the Merrillville location!!!!Jasmine was our server. It was our second time having her, and both times were great. Tonight was extra phenomenal, as she went out of her way to make our son's 9th birthday super special to him. The whole crew came out and sang, and he had his ice cream and cake. There was even a birthday card signed by numerous staff members. I feel as though she didn't have to do this, but she did. And he absolutely LOVED it. So thank you Jasmine, and the whole crew for making his day great.And of course, the food was hot and fresh!!
Service was horrible. Super slow. I asked for a double cheese burger medium well. They brought a single cheese burger. When they finally brought the double to me, it was well done and dry. The place was empty. There was no reason to take 30 minutes to bring water. Which was never refilled. My friend asked for a cola, he didn't bring it until he brought the check. Food came warm, not hot. My friend asked to have it warmed up in the microwave. That took 30 minutes. When you're treated like a fifth class citizen, it makes for a miserable experience.
I didn't get my server's name but she was only about 19. She went above and beyond for my daughter who didn't like the flavor of sauce for her tenders. She made our experience here amazing!

Waitress was stressed out that she needed help. The street corn is awful. The loaded mash potato was awful. We were hungry and didn't feel like going to Dyer Texas Roadhouse. Chili steak is never to be ordered by me.. I will only eat their Southwest appetizers. We were asked if we want lemons in our water. Later, after eating appetizers, the water came no lemons..
I wish there was an option to give zero star. Dude was cool but waitress was way too rude to everyone. I'll ask her name and update it later. For now she's a white girl.
