Update: I tried to respond to the owners email but there is nowhere to put the information. So his response is just a way to make it look like the corporation is reaching out to you, but nothing is being done to change anything.The proportion of meat that was put on my bowl was ridiculous. I asked about it to the server and she didn't say much more than try to explain how much is put on. I told her I understood, but what she put on was not what she said was the portion. The customer behind me got the same thing and the portion was double the amount of what mine was. I said something to another server and they just ignored me. The atmosphere was thick with negativity. This is the 2nd time this has happened at the Merrillville location. The sitting area was disgusting and they were out of cheese. I won't be back. I'd rather spend my money at Qdoba.

The employees at this location were extremely rude. I was planning to eat in the restaurant and work on my computer on my lunch break today. After my ordering experience, I didn’t feel comfortable staying and chose to eat in my car. I will go to chipotle again because I love the food, but I will not return to this location.

Food was cold, out of white rice and steak. Dining room was filthy, trash piled up, no napkins, food line was filthy, half the employees were standing around watching and not working.

I have never in my life had a worse Chipotle experience. I go roughly once a week (not at this location) but was traveling and stopped on my way home. The employees barely acknowledged the customers, at one point everyone walked away from the line and were just talking in a group for nearly 5 minutes while our bowls were half made. We then had to wait almost another 5 minutes for someone to ring us up (rudely at that). The line was an absolute mess for people who were so hellbent on closing an HOUR early and they already had the chairs all racked so we couldn't even eat inside (not that we felt welcomed to even)

Ciana was very rude with a nasty attitude. If she doesn’t like her job maybe she should find something else to do. From the minute I stepped up to check out she had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. No smile on her face no type of customer service what so ever just this I do not care attitude the entire time. I had to finally ask a manager to assist me because she was just horrible horrible at customer service.

Hubby and I went for the first time last night because of carne asada commercial. Ordered it to go but everything is an option ( dosent say that on tv) got it home and we live close but this stuff is stone cold and the meat had so much grisle in it. The cost of this meal for 2 sr citizens was $33.00 we won't be going back when their are so many other Mexican restaurants available that are better and cost us less.

Very poor customer service regarding THEIR Own promotions. They have a sale for Holloween but denied me bc of no costume BUT the terms and conditions DO NOT state ANYTHING about a costume. And they didn’t care. Extremely disappointed, ver very poor customer service!
