Marley provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Cinnabon. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude. She made me feel valued as a customer, answered my questions with a smile, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It's employees like Marley who make people want to come back. Everytime I go, they are not fully stocked on the items. Two weekends in a row had to wait for 8-10 mins to get a classic roll. I've even came earlier day, previously and they do not be ready at opening. When you do get the food, it is a hit or miss.
I used to love Cinnabon. They seem to have cheaped out on the cinnamon sauce. They usually have it dripping off the cinnamon rolls and all in the bottom of the box. They barely have any cinnamon on them and no cinnamon sauce. They are too dry now and lack it's signature flavor, I buy 6 packs. I came to the conclusion they are doing this on purpose because i haven't had them in years and it was the same at 2 different locations.
