I figured i would give just wings a try since k had never ordered from there, i got it thru grubhub, i called to make a change and Chillis answered, that should have been a red flag and i should have canceled the order, the wings tasted frozen, the mango habanero tasted like nothing and lemon pepper tasted like nothing, what a waste of money!!! Just wings is just garbage

The food at their location at Southlake Mall was horrible! I normally order delivery from their Dyer, IN location which is sooooo good, but I moved and I'm closer to the Southlake location. I ordered what I normally order and the boneless wings came with no ranch seasoning (if you get plain or no sauce that's what you normally get), the wings were fried to hell, to hard to eat, the curly fries were not crispy and I literally only got a handful (you normally get enough chicken...read full review

I made an online order from them once over 2 years ago. Soon after, I started getting harassed by them with tons of emails. I've unsubscribed from their emails over 2 dozen times, but still, every week, I get harassed with more emails. I've emailed their corporate office, but still, more emails. I've refused to order from them again or eat at Chili's out of spite. I'm petty. Eat there if you choose BUT NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!
