We love Mateys! Great atmosphere and really fun menu. They have a drink called the bucket which is served in... a small bucket lolIt's best in the summer as it is about 2 min to the beach and 4 min to the casino so a perfect midway stop between either entertainment choice!
Had a terrible experience at fiddlerhead (whatever its called) and came here instead. Service was excellent! Food was amazing. It was off season but during peak times I'm quite sure this is the place to go! A few miles away from the park it was a perfect stop to an already stressful day.I am not really a fan of coconut but the coconut shrimp was fantastic! Everything was great!!! There was just 1 cook all 4 of us can agree was not in the brightest spirit that day and was completely rude. I myself simply asked if he was okay which was met with quite a reply but other than that I loved everything
