I'm highly disappointed with my service today. I came in at 5:20 to pick up my pizza and cheesy bread. When I arrived home we realized they gave us the wrong pizza. We called them and went back in. They remade our pizza, but gave our remade pizza to the wrong people so my husband had to wait for another pizza to be made. When he tried talking to someone about it no one was willing to do anything for him. At this point with everything that was done wrong on Barnaby's end I think we deserve a refund or some sort of compensation. This is beyond frustrating. it's Ben 1 1/2 hours since we were suppose to get our pizza and we still don't have anything. Very disappointed.

First time I was there. The pizzas and bread sticks were wonderful. Everyone is so friendly even the customers. I love the decor. Will go back and tell more or my Michigan friends about it to see if they ever been there.

Called and Ordered a large pizza, 1/2 Mushroom thr other half bacon and extra cheese. Came to get it. Wasn't done because they never baked it. Girl with purplish hair assumed an attitude when I said I will order another. Her attitude and the fact they never apologized about the 1st order plus the one side being overdone has made me decide never to go back again.
The lady at the drink counter was really rude. Other then that the the place was

Food was bad and overpriced. Parking lot and exterior of building are run down. We were charged for takeaway boxes. Will avoid in the future.

I went and got a large pepperoni pizza which was delicious. I got a large drink because at the other location there's only free refills on the large. These people do not give free refills on FOUNTAIN drinks and I've never experienced that at an establishment in my life.I also didn't like that there's one big ol bowl of Parmesan cheese with a spoon in it. I saw someone get some and it spilled onto their hand back into the bowl but they do not change the bowl. Has quarantine taught us nothing??

Meh. I'm not a local - maybe that's part of why I don't understand why people like their pizza so much. There are better options in town, with one right down the street.

Pizza and burgers are good. Frustrating that you can't order drinks and food at the same register. Kids can't order a water or pop by themselves. Bathrooms are disgusting. I stopped for carry out around noon and had to dodge the 50 sewer flies and gnats in the sink and urinal. Honestly the the place is pretty gross on cleanliness. Hopefully it's just the Grape Road location that is filthy and not a chain thing at all their locations.
