The food is always fine, but when ordering online, it would often take over an hour to arrive. GPS says it takes 12 minutes to drive to my delivery location, so I’m not sure why it takes over an hour. If my lunch break was long enough for me to make the commute myself, I would, then they probably wouldn’t lose my business. That being said, I can only skip my lunch break so many times waiting on Jimmy John’s to finally show up. So much for freaky fast.
Jimmy Johns used to be awesome. Their service has been slipping especially when it comes to getting your order correct for delivery.Maybe it's just a location problem but it's a mess.

Freaky slow delivery. Almost an hour to get my food and they outsourced the delivery through Uber despite ordering on the jj app.... I remember the days freaky fast meant something. Smh what has the world come to.
