Love Krispy Kreme. Sad that they won’t let you redeem your app rewards at the store. Also sad that the staff questions you when you say you’ve earned enough for a reward through their app.Maybe I’ll just switch to another donut place for a while. Service here is terrible and unfriendly.
I stopped in at Krispy Kreme to purchase several dozen donuts for an event. I walked up to the door, only to discover that they no longer open their lobby and are only drive-through. Call me old-fashioned, but I wanted to actually see what I was buying and walk out the door with the boxes. I don’t like doing large transactions through a drive-through. I left and went to Rise N Roll! Glad we have other options in Mishawaka!

Like in other reviews lobby closed.. Then wait 16 minutes in the drive through basically no to everything I wanted to order . Finally, I asked her what they had ?!? She said any original donuts , I order 2 glazed yeast chocolate iced .. that’s not what I got I received 2 green cake donuts ? .. disappointed to say the least with service .. even though the product was good still disappointed not getting what I ordered .
