This is the second time in about 3 weeks that I am giving the same review. I hope these reviews are read and someone fixes this problem.I work in a school. We like to reward our students with donuts every now and then. Today, one of the teachers arrived at 6 am to get donuts for the whole grade. There was again a sign that only the drive through was open due to staffing issues. She got in line behind 2 other cars. She waited about 10 minutes and nobody moved. She tried to call from her car to make sure they were actually open, of course no answer! She got out and knocked on the door, no answer. She finally had to leave so she wouldn’t be late for school.This is the second time in about 3 weeks that this has happened. You again missed out on a big sale. She comes there because of the big discount but gets tired of disappointing the kids when she can’t get any service. Maybe you don’t care, but we may be taking our school. Business elsewhere if you don’t start accommodating better. Our time is important and we hate telling the kids they will get donuts and then not being able to get them. I hope you see this and fix it in the future.

This morning, in the drive through, I was told that due to technical difficulties they couldn’t get me their “rings” and they quickly and quietly rushed through other options. When I try responding with what I would like instead of original glazed I was told to speak up my level wasn’t to their liking.

Extremely short staffed so understanding it wasn’t the best service ever. Only saw one guy in there and he did take care of my order promptly.

Mediocre Krispy Kreme at best. Nobody ever answers at the drive thru speaker to take your order and when they eventually do, they’re out of every other donut and rude beyond belief. Customer service where? Now I’m used to Krispy Kreme in other places coming out fresh and warm or at very least soft. The donuts here are tiny and taste stale, definitely never fresh. Might be better to find your donuts at a locally owned bakery.

Everything was great except the lobby not being open.
Like in other reviews lobby closed.. Then wait 16 minutes in the drive through basically no to everything I wanted to order . Finally, I asked her what they had ?!? She said any original donuts , I order 2 glazed yeast chocolate iced .. that’s not what I got I received 2 green cake donuts ? .. disappointed to say the least with service .. even though the product was good still disappointed not getting what I ordered . If I wanted limited selection I would have went to a gas station..

We always want to go inside with the kids but every time we come the lobby is closed. The very few times I have gone through the drive thru the staff is rude.

Just left after getting some donuts through the drive thru because lobby was locked and closed. We also saw a DOG in the store!!!!!!! When we got our order and paid we asked why it was locked and they said they didn't have enough help. We also asked if they had a dog in there because we saw it through the window and they say ahhh, yeah. LIKE WHAT?!?!? We will not be eating these donuts and honestly we should've just asked for a refund right there. I called corporate but I'll be shocked if they do anything about it. I also would rather have a refund of my money and NOT a gift card as we will NOT be back. BEYOND UNSANITARY to have any kind of animal in there and we have a dog so no bias here.
