Good 24 hour subway, service hit and miss.Edit:After another disappointing experience, I won't be going here again despite the convenience of a 24 hour subway after work. The guy who runs the register is nice, but the guy who makes the sandwiches is rude and incompetent. He argued with me that I didn't have an order until the cashier told him I did, then took 15+ minutes to make two easy sandwiches, waited on other customers first who came in after me (and didn't have online orders) and spent more time talking in Hindi on his phone to his girlfriend than working. I'm sure he's related to the owner, but I'd fire him if he was my relative!

03-08-2024 - Stopped by this Subway on the way home from work to order a couple of sandwiches.. I asked the employee that was about to make my sandwiches how his day was going? No response from him, so thought perhaps he did not hear me so I asked him again how his day was going. Nothing...dude looked like he was pissed off at the world or just didn't care to be there. I asked him if he was happy or mad and he said nothing but just stared at me. I told to him forget it and said to him I was going somewhere else. Sorry, but if you don't want to treat me like a customer I'll take my business elsewhere, so I walked out and left. Probably a good thing as the employee didn't seem to care.

Ordered a 6 in steak and cheese on FLATBREAD...EX cheese EX steak...and a 6 in club on white SUBROLL...I got a pathetic amount of steak...on the SUBROLL...AND my cold sub on an UNTOASTED flatbread...which they aren't even supposed to serve...untoasted!!! Been sick for the last wk...finally felt like eating...and it went to the garbage! Thank u SO MUCH!!! Not to mention...just for 2 six in subs...$22...Plus tax...Plus delivery=$30!!!

Today was now my second time going in here. Same guy was working both times. First time very rude and was barking orders at me to hurry and pick what I wanted. I was still polite thinking maybe he just had a bad day and even tipped him at the end of my card. Today I go in and say "hello how are you today". He responded by sighing heavily and grunts what do you even what. I looked at him square in the eye and smiled and said "nothing" and walked out. I will never be back here.

Went here yesterday, didn't bother me it was in a gas station - but the area was unattended (employee was across the store). I ordered off the menu, and the employee says "if you don't order it how it's on the board, it's not a number 2". I had not had any chance to say anything past that, and wasn't sure I wanted to. I was skeptical to ask for the hot peppers, which are my favorite.Wrapping up: The food was good, the service was not so friendly.

It's a subway in a gas station. Bread is under baked. Services is subpar. Overall will avoid this location as there is better subways in the area.

The lady that helped my husband and I had horrible customer service and just acted like we were a burden or interrupting her! She was so rude to my husband and started frowning when he walked up to get his food and then once he started to add veggies onto his sub she kept doing like a very few at a time instead of giving him what he wanted! Then when it came for me to get mines she just threw my stuff on there like I was getting on her nerves; and then when I was finally done I asked her did she cut the sub in half she lied and said she did, but she really didn’t SMH! And on top of that she didn’t wear a hair net or a face mask and their vegetables didn’t look or taste fresh at all. So do yourself a favor and go to the closet Subway or better yet go across the street to Hana Yori!! Terrible service and I DEFINITELY WON’T BE BACK AT ALL!! Even off this was the last Subway in Mishawaka!!

First off, be aware that this Subway is in a gas station. On my visit, there was only one young lady working both the Subway and the gas station, so service was slow. She was hustling as fast as she could and trying to keep up. Outside of being slow due the lack of staffing, the sub that I ordered was on par for Subway.
