Just stopped by and asked for 3 orders of chicken nuggets, an order I have always been able to place with 0 issues, today I was told they couldn't fulfill via drive thru.

I would give zero Stars if I could. Not only was my order messed up but the food was cold and there was plastic still connected to my cheese on my burger. The store smelled like marijuana and when I asked for fresh food the managers Melissa and Lorraine cussed me out and Lorraine smelled like booze. Still haven't heard back from corporate!!!!!

I ordered 3 #8 combo meals but since there was no jalapeno buns I was charged $1.00 for pretzel buns. When I questioned why I was being charged for a bun that I did not order the manager was rude and refused to accommodate me with another equal value item to make up the difference for the buns I was charged for. I will never go this Wendy's location again and I suggest no one else does unless you enjoy rude responses from a manager with poor communication skills!

The dining room was closed there was one car in front of me in the Drive-Thru it took 3 minutes to take my order and then another 14 minutes to get my order when asked to cancel and give me a refund the night manager claims he's unable to do refunds all resulting in me being late to work and my fries were cold on top of everything

used through drive. the lady in window was very rude. did not speak. and didn't apply coupon and wouldn't give me a receipt. will never go back. what happened to simple customer service or just positive basic human interaction. I don't get fast food often and I wont be back.

i went at 10:30pm i got 10 piece nugget meal small fry and a dave’s double. bro. the customer service sucked. i’m a manager myself i understand some customers are rude and have no respect for food workers, but me myself i wasn’t rude i was very patient and respectful…. so tell me why i pull up to the first window this little dude was in the window basically rushing me out of the lane,slammed the window in my face. i pulled up to the second window i wasn’t greeted i had my drink basically thrown in my face and my food. the lady with the glasses , black hair , and her hair up in a bun very fastly said “straw is in the bag have a great night” was very very rude. once again i didn’t get greeted , had my food thrown at me. i wanted to ask for sauce since they put none in my bag but i couldn’t since i had the window slammed in my face before i could get a word out. i live closer to the new one on Lincoln way but they are rude as well so i thought i should drive the extra 5 mins for my food to be hot and to be treated like a human being. -100 recommend coming to this one.

No one is in uniform. I’ve been waiting in line for 2 orders for 15-20 mins now. Lady working drive thru ended up taking an order outside and locking herself out. Time is 12:22
We ordered 2 chilis and a cheeseburger. 1 with onions in it and the other without. Both chilis were old and nasty. The cheeseburger was burnt and nasty.
I had to wait quite a while for my food. I checked in before I arrived, and somebody was checked in after me and got their food before me. People were touching fries, and who knows what other food without gloves on. The store looked a mess. Multiple employees without uniforms

I have never left a review for a fast food restaurant before but I was impressed and inclined to do so. I got a grilled chicken wrap, small fry, and small frosty around midnight through the drive-thru. There was a line of cars but I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes from order to receiving my food. Service was super fast, food was hot, and the drive-thru cashiers were really friendly.
