I ordered 3 #8 combo meals but since there was no jalapeno buns I was charged $1.00 for pretzel buns. When I questioned why I was being charged for a bun that I did not order the manager was rude and refused to accommodate me with another equal value item to make up the difference for the buns I was charged for. I will never go this Wendy's location again and I suggest no one else does unless you enjoy rude responses from a manager with poor communication skills!
The dining room was closed there was one car in front of me in the Drive-Thru it took 3 minutes to take my order and then another 14 minutes to get my order when asked to cancel and give me a refund the night manager claims he's unable to do refunds all resulting in me being late to work and my fries were cold on top of everything

I would give zero Stars if I could. Not only was my order messed up but the food was cold and there was plastic still connected to my cheese on my burger. The store smelled like marijuana and when I asked for fresh food the managers Melissa and Lorraine cussed me out and Lorraine smelled like booze. Still haven't heard back from corporate!!!!!
