Sat in the drive through line from 6:10 - 6:45. A window time of 35 minutes. Food was cold when delivered, didn’t notify me of what exactly was causing the wait. Asked for ketchup packets and received tarter sauce.The amount of fries was laughable. Extremely upsetting, considering other A&W’s across the US are marginally better and faster - which was what I was expecting today.

My husband has stage 4 cancer and we come in to have lunch after a treatment and she offered no help just kept saying I need a number
