I generally don't like going to this location since they changed the parking situation. The parking spaces are now across from and behind the building. You have to cross the drive-thru traffic to get into the store. I did a mobile order but I also brought my own cup so rather than hold up people in the drive-thru line I parked and went inside. Once inside I went to where the mobile orders are picked up. However, everyone was very busy and so I went over to the cashier to let them know I was here as the sign says. They told me to go back down to where the mobile orders are picked up and let them know. My drink was already sitting there in a mixing cup. I'm not sure for how long. However, I ordered it extra hot. When I took the first drink it was lukewarm. I was disappointed but wasn't willing to go back inside and go through that whole process of getting it corrected.

I puchase a lot of their black ice tea. I always get it with light ice. Whoever made it did not make it with light ice. When I asked about it they informed me it was made with light ice. I even showed it to them. They informed me it was made with light ice. I was so mad! I hqve bought this exact tea in many different cities and countries. This is not the first time it was made incorrectly, but it was the first time I was lied to and they didnt even offer to make it right.
Even when they're busy, they are on point with my drink order. Mobile orders tend to be done sooner than you would expect. They always welcome guests with a greeting and keep the facility clean.

I had to see what's the deal with this place,not impressed I ordered a small blueberry muffin, and a small hot chocolate yuck,when I got home did I get a shell shock,small muffin is not the word I would describe more like mini muffin,and hot chocolate was awful it didn't have a bit of chocolate flavor, tasted burned and it was filled to the top,and they charged me almost 9dollars,that ridiculous, when you can go to Walmart or ALDI and get a 4pack for under 5 dollars come on you have to do better than that ripping customer off overly priced.I stay with DUNKIN DONUTS BEST FOOD.

Absolutely amazing Starbucks. I had to deal with some issues this morning, and I wasn’t able to pick up my order. When I called to explain, they were very understanding and remade me drinks almost 2 hours later. I had an absolutely awful morning and this was so kind of them!! They even wrote on our cups to have a better day. The baristas on the 9am-11am shift today are amazing! Hope they know this, and how much their kindness means !
