At Texas Roadhouse, the food is usually excellent, but this time the steaks were burnt and undercooked. The sides were good, but the rolls were hard. The service was a bit lacking, with one server disappearing and needing a manager's intervention. However, another server, Alayna, impressed with her great personality and service. Overall, a mixed experience with great food and service.
