We went there on Mother's Day and ordered a drink only. it took 30 min. Apparently, there was only one person working. I did message them to let them know how long it took to get a simple drink. I was not mean or nasty but asked why in the world they would open with 1 worker on a holiday. Over a week later, I received a nasty, petty response blaming me and other customers for overwhelming the worker.
