Good cheese steak at a fantastic price and service (way better than Big City Cheesesteaks across the street) However, “Story of My Life” by One Direction was playing on repeat for the entire duration of my visit…I’m not a fan of one direction and didn’t know one song until today..now I can sing this song word for word…also the ice machine was down, but if your living out on the streets your drink will freeze quick enough in this weather so not a critical feature.
Ordered online for pick up and when I git there I could tell the staff was kind of busy with a cpl ppl in line but even when I got up to the register the young man behind didn't greet me which I found a bit unfriendly. Fortunately the girl ( who was actually busy making sandwiches at the end) called out over everyone to ask if I was picking up. She immediately came down to grab my food and hand it to me. Very helpful and great service from her. She's the reason I will be retuning....read full review

This Jersey Mike’s location is by far the most disappointing. They are so so CHEAP on all the ingredients and it tastesso dry. I will definitely not purchase any thing from this location anymore.
