I just got off the road from a three hour trip and stopped to get a sandwich. The young lady made two of the same sandwiches number 7. I watched her make my sandwich and when she put them in bags she gave me the wrong one. I got all the way home put on my pajamas and the wrong freaking sandwich. When I called the “manager” which is a joke she told me that the young lady told her that she double checked the sandwiches and gave me the correct one. I don’t eat onions yet there were onions on my sandwich. I ordered jalapeños peppers but not were in the but I was given the correct sandwich because her worker double checked the sandwich. Then stated that I bring the sandwich back for a Do over! Not tonight I just got off a three hour road trip and I’m home in my pajamas!! Why would I make this up for a measly ten dollars!!! This location has had SO many problems it should have been closed down and being Firehouse Sub Back!! And from the reviews it’s still a ish show!!!

This Jersey Mike’s location is by far the most disappointing. They are so so CHEAP on all the ingredients and it tastesso dry. I will definitely not purchase any thing from this location anymore.

Don’t waste time ordering at this Munster location everything I get food they forget the mayo and toppings , they are very poorly trained and this is the worst location you can go to, they will mess your order up every single time .

Good cheese steak at a fantastic price and service (way better than Big City Cheesesteaks across the street) However, “Story of My Life” by One Direction was playing on repeat for the entire duration of my visit…I’m not a fan of one direction and didn’t know one song until today..now I can sing this song word for word…also the ice machine was down, but if your living out on the streets your drink will freeze quick enough in this weather so not a critical feature.
Stood waiting to order for 10+ minutes yesterday with my husband at the register. We were being ignored by the two ladies working. It was extremely rude and unwelcoming. We will not return.

This use to be my go to spot for a Philly Cheese Steak...until yesterday that is. Purchased two giant #56 (Kahuna Cheese Steak) what a waste of my $37, will NOT do that again. It was loaded with salt, not enough of the veggies (I asked for extra) they must have thought I said light. There was no meat on the ends of the bread on either sandwich. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning. $37 is too much money for me to waste, which is what this visit amounted too!
