With new ownership, the pretzel quality has improved significantly and they are consistent. Their hours are so nice too! I love when they have pigs n a blanket special and wish they’d have it year round!
This place is housed in Coppes Commons. We had noticed it on our trip into Nappanee. We tried a couple of times but we did not time it for when they were open. Finally at the end of our month's stay in the area we made it here. Atmosphere is small and open to the popcorn store. It was pleasant but nothing to rave about. The pretzel was pretty solid...it had a decent amount of salt and good flavor, but it was on the verge of being overdone. Part of the bottom was quite dark. The nacho cheese dip was not good...it was very thin and just plain boring. The service was excellent, though! We were immediately greeted and felt so welcome. The staff was absolutely wonderful, so thank you!
