The food is the only "ok" thing about this Taco Bell. My husband and I brought our two daughters in to order dinner and Ithe staff is so rude and one girl at the drive thru window was cussing about how she hates her job and when I said I can here you, she couldn't care less. There's no need to have language like that in front of customers and children. Haven't been to a Taco Bell in quite a while. Have been disappointed in the decline of food quality. But I thought I would try their breakfast tacos.Not impressed. They were ok, but expensive for what you get.

The service was good but I believe the kiosk is the downfall of the restaurant. Customers get frustrated when using them. I watched as Customers tried to use them and the workers just ignored them. To me, that is a big problem for the restaurant industry. Customers want interaction with people not machines .
