“I have dined in and also ordered carry out many times. This place is one of my favorite go to’s for excellent food, baked breads and desserts! Love the Strombolis, meatball sandwich, your bread pudding and cannolis are the best! The Orange Lavender bread is one of my favorites also. My friends and I tried out Legacy Pizza when they first opened and loved it. Very friendly staff and always a great dining experience. Just happy I can swing by and pick up curbside service while out shopping and in the area. The owner is always so nice! Highly recommend!”

“I finally get to visit this place after a while. They did get my attention when I posted the Friday Fish Day.

I love their location, and it does feel right. I love all of their decorations since it was unquie.

They have a good selection of beers, and I love how they have Guinness beers include and also local breweries too. I looked over the menu. They have great choice. I was impressed with their curried that made me want to try, which I would come back.

This time, I ordered samoas, which i never had it. It was so delicious and I love the sauce! Also, I ordered fish and chip. This fish and chips does remind me of my visit in Dublin, Ireland, which i miss it so much.

I truly appreciate how the people work there keep check on me. I truly appreciate it.

“frequently visit The Parlour for the amazing wings and, more importantly, the friendly staff. The folks there have always made you feel like you’re part of the team, not just another customer.

That’s why I was disappointed to hear that one of the servers was recently let go. Rumor has it that negative customer reviews may have played a part in that decision. I want to be clear—I don’t know all the facts behind what happened, so I’m not claiming that’s the reason.

But it does make me wonder: What are reviews supposed to be for?

I’ve always thought reviews—both positive and negative—should be used as feedback. They should recognize what people are doing right, identify areas that need improvement, and give employees an opportunity to learn and grow.

None of us gets it right 100% of the time. Anyone who works with the public is eventually going to have a customer who isn’t happy. One bad interaction, one rough day, or even a few negative reviews shouldn’t automatically define the kind of employee or person someone is.

I’ll continue to support The Parlour because I genuinely enjoy the food, atmosphere, and people. I just hope businesses remember that behind every review is a customer—but behind the counter is a person, too.”

“The Earl is one of those rare places that hits the sweet spot between dive bar and craft beer hangout, without trying too hard. In the middle of downtown New Albany, it’s got a industrial interior with brick walls, rough hardwood floors, and exposed beams, that still manages to feel warm and personal, im sure helped by the Bill Murray mural and fridge shrine dedicated to him. It’s weird, it’s charming, and it totally works.

Their rotating lineup of local and regional craft beers is always on point. You’ll find something familiar like Country Boy, but also a few wildcards you’ve never seen before. It’s perfect for after work or a laid-back late night drink.

On a personal note, this is where I first told my girlfriend, now wife, that I was falling in love with her. So yeah, for all the cool beers and eccentric charm, and even Bill Murray, I can personally attest that The Earl is also the kind of place where memories are made and actually stick. Can’t recommend it enough!”

“A solid choice for a bite to eat! This place has a hometown feel, and the staff helps create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Service has always been excellent, and the food is consistently good.
The hamburgers are tasty, and the wings are outstanding. The only issue we've noticed is that the fried pickles and fries have been overly salty during our last two visits. Aside from that, the food has been very enjoyable.
Overall, it's a great spot with good food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.”

“Wow. Just wow. We stopped here a little while ago and the experience was so stellar that I had to write about it right away.

I placed our order on the mobile app. We were just driving through the area on a road trip. First off, getting to this location was a breeze. Just off of 265 and a light makes it easy to turn onto the street that takes you to the restaurant. It was also just as easy to get out. Hurrah.

The drive thru line was to the right of the parking lot and was separate from the parking lot. Another bonus. Super easy to park in the large parking lot.

We went in and went to the restrooms. They were clean and stocked. When we walked out our order was ready for pick up in the designated pick up area. In spite of never interacting with an employee, this will go down as one of my best Chick-fil-a experiences ever. Being on a road trip, we were ready to stop, use the restroom, and get our food quickly and get back on the road again. They exceeded my expectations in making that happen.

My husband had a nugget meal and I had a market salad with grilled nuggets. My salad was delicious. The portion size was large, there were lots of fresh fruit pieces on it and the nuggets were grilled perfectly. Delicious.

I can’t give enough kudos to this location for how well they did today. Thank you.”

I usually go to the Subway on Slate Run but I'm done going to that 1, this Subway is my new spot just because of this server Deonte. If I could give him 10 starts I would. This was my 1st interaction with him and he was the sweetest, fastest, most accurate server I've ever had at a restaurant.”

“Sunday afternoon around 2pm, very friendly staff and order was ready in the pickup portal by the time I arrived. Pretzel crust with cheese sauce and pepperoni, and an order of crazy bread. 2 garlic butters and a crazy sauce (asked to swap for cheese since that's not an option in the app, girl working was very attentive and polite). Made the drive home and pizza with crazy bread was hot, fresh, and tasted great! After my first slice and breadstick, im questioning if this is the best little caesars I've ever had in my life. Im so used to ordering from either the jeffersonville or clarksville location, with not the best staff and not the best quality or tasting food compared to what I got today, how it should be! Will 100% order more often from now on.”

“One of the items I got from there today was a large strawberry milkshake. The milkshake was literally sour. I spoke with Makayla Bishop. She said she put my name down for a free large milkshake, but said that was the only option. She was friendly about it, but I could not imagine serving someone a sour milkshake, and telling them the only option was to try another one of our milkshakes. I think if I buy a soured milkshake from your company, and I want my money back, because I will never buy another milkshake there again, I should have that option. She did say that she made the milkshakes fresh today. but that doesn't mean that it wasn't sour. This is a really poor business practice, especially for a two-star restaurant. You need to start listening to your customers. I think she handled it the best she could. but there are obviously unethical people telling her they can't give money back, even if they are served inferior products. Due to your unethical policy, I will be reporting this incident to the health department. You really think I want a free milkshake? I came for good service, not replacement food. y You policy suggests that you think you are doing someone a favor by replacing dangerous food that you serve. I only visited, because my son wanted a milkshake, and now he said he will never want to go there again either.”

“The garlic cheese bread was by far the best thing we ordered! It was absolutely delicious, loaded with flavor, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The breadsticks and boneless wings were also very good and worth ordering.
The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which really made the experience enjoyable.
The pizza was good overall, but it wasn’t quite as impressive as the garlic cheese bread. That said, everything we ordered was fresh, and there were plenty of good options to choose from.
Overall, we had a great experience. The service was fantastic, the appetizers were delicious, and the garlic cheese bread is definitely something I would order again. If you go, I highly recommend giving it a try!”

“This was my first time ever eating at Zaxbys. Being a Lady on a walker , it was easy getting parking near the door and getting inside the building. The employees were friendly . The place was clean. Even the tables and seats had been wiped off. I was impressed. The food I loved the Texas Toast . I liked the chicken. I hated the fries. The major complaint is way to much salty seasoning. Had I known you used that much salt, I would not have ordered the fries. I could only eat half a fry.
I will try Zaxbys again. Next time I will order no salt or seasoning on my fries.”
