Food was fine. I understand places are understaffed as most places are. When that happens I would recommend closing parts. We never had drinks refilled and we waited 20 minutes for our check before finally going up to the front to get our check. Other tables had checks picked up and left. We finally we to the front and payed and left. It could be the servor was running around with helping others. But if you are short staffed don't try to open all your tables.
The presentation is beautiful but in my opinion almost $16 for one is way too overpriced. Not handicap accessible at all. the staff is very friendly. when I went to take a drink thinking I was going to get milkshake it tasted nothing like a milkshake it just tasted like milk so to me the place is overrated.
The service was very poor and a bit pricey but the creamery was very good
