Their frappe machine is always down, they told me that there is only 1 person that knows how to service the machine. So when it runs out from the morning shift then they are out the rest of the night. It's ridiculous, how do these places stay open? Seems like they are just too lazy to do their job. I'm just going to have to start going elsewhere.

They didn't have frappes unavailable on their app. Once I ordered it they couldn't take it off. They substituted 4 drinks that did not add up to the amount I spent on two frappes.

Stop to get breakfast nobody here yet I had to pull over and wait for my breakfast. Two other cars had to pull over to wait for their breakfast and when they brought it out they walked around to every car asking if my breakfast was their breakfast instead of noting that I had pulled in slot number four. Completely disorganized

Went through the drive-thru around 10 pm on a Saturday night. Service was quick, food was good and employees were friendly.
I always go to the charlestown road location, I have always had better service here than any other ones. But I have to give them a couple of suggestions....please please check and make sure that the fries are not cold, this is truly a. let down when all you want is a crisp McDonald's salty fry and it's cold af!! One more thing is please start checking the food before it goes oitI don't know how many times I have to run back in or I get home and you didn't give me something and I can't go back out!

I've gone to this McDonalds a few times and here's what I can say. First shift/8am-4pm is the best time to come. The lady working 2nd window is always very nice. The orders have always been accurate and mostly quick during this shift. Always great service. However evening shift is kinda the opposite. I would rather drive to another McDonalds 10 minutes farther because I know they will actually do it right because this one can't. Whether you want a certain amount of sauce or a burger special request you won't get it either, they just won't put it in your bag and you pay for what you didn't get. Also, their phone is disconnected so if you have an issue you have to drive back up there to talk to somebody. I cant count how many times my brother has ordered a plain hamburger and a meal and they forget the hamburger and the fries, and don't put the sauce in the bag even if you ordered it at the speaker. Even if you tell them again at the second window they still will do it wrong and get passive aggressive. If you have anxiety about talking to people when they get your food wrong or miss something I would save the time of going here because it will make you feel worse.
